Lockyer Valley Regional Council

This historical event, in bringing two neighbouring Shire's located in the Lockyer Valley, together provides a strong wealth of resources & cultural unity that will allow the region to take advantage of the significant growth and will provide opportunities to achieve the progress necessary towards building a better, sustainable future.

Both Shire's have a wealth of Agricultural, Horticultural and Educational history that will remain the essence of the new Council.
